Global valve and actuation IP-company Hammerforce has today announced the signing of a multi-year exclusive global licencing agreement with a prestigious U.S. headquartered Fortune 500 company.
The agreement between Hammerforce and its multi-national partner will combine long-standing consumer product success with Hammerforce’s unique IP technology to produce an innovative line of industry leading consumer products within the next 18 months.
Hammerforce CEO Andy Coster says that the deal (for which details cannot be explicitly divulged for IP and confidentiality reasons) demonstrates the efficacy of its technology being applied to multiple applications and diverse industries.
“Our technology is a complete re-imagination of the humble valve, disrupting diverse industries, using our unique force and flow applications. This new partnership will see us work alongside one the biggest household names in the US, to create new and innovative products using our technology.”
Today’s announcement follows other significant partnership agreements with global listed companies across a range of industries, including a global construction company and FTSE100 industry leader, where Hammerforce technology is delivering commercial, environmental, and safety benefits.
