Hammerforce appoints Charlie Jackson to lead global commercial strategy and market development

Published December 3, 2025

Hammerforce has appointed Charlie Jackson as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), responsible for driving global commercial strategy, developing new market opportunities, and expanding the company’s presence across the Northern Hemisphere.

Based in London, Charlie will work with Hammerforce’s engineers, investors and international partners to transform technical innovation into commercial success. He will lead the exploration of new markets for Hammerforce’s proven disruptive technology, through its innovative business model, and continue to build upon the company’s base of global partnerships.

Charlie first engaged with Hammerforce while at global consultancy Roland Berger, where he led an in-depth strategy project, providing rigorous validation of the company’s disruptive potential through many global industry leaders. He says that experience gave him a strong conviction for the company’s disruptive potential, and their proven success that followed has compelled him to join the business full time, having since gained invaluable skills as a founder and business leader.

“Hammerforce is driving real disruption. With its genuinely innovative IP, the company is redefining valve & actuation systems, enabling global leaders, across many industries, to disrupt the markets in which they compete. The scope of what’s possible is enormous.”, says Charlie. “Through the incredible talent of their team and agile company structure, Hammerforce has proven itself time and time again, successfully partnering with blue-chip clients and household names alike. I am very excited to be part of that journey.”

As a former strategy consultant and start-up founder, with an Integrated Master’s in Physics from the University of Oxford, Charlie combines deep technical understanding with strong commercial intuition and a hands-on approach. He spent six years at Roland Berger advising on M&A and corporate strategy across industrial and technology sectors, and later founded and led a mobile game development start-up. This combination of technical, strategic and “real-world” experience positions him uniquely for Hammerforce’s business model and growth ambitions.

Hammerforce CEO Andy Coster says Charlie’s appointment reflects the company’s next phase of international growth.

“Charlie brings the rare ability to bridge technical understanding with commercial strategy. Having already worked closely with Hammerforce, he knows our technology, our markets and the opportunities ahead. His appointment strengthens our capability to accelerate growth in key regions and build new global partnerships.”
