Charlie Jackson

As Chief Commercial Officer, Charlie Jackson leads Hammerforce’s global commercial strategy, driving new market development and translating Hammerforce’s pioneering technology into commercial success. Charlie brings together his deep technical understanding, strategic insight, and hands-on commercial experience to deliver growth for the business. 

Based in London, Charlie works at the intersection of technology, business and innovation. He partners closely with Hammerforce’s engineers, investors and global clients to identify and pursue opportunities for the company’s disruptive valve and actuation technology. His role centres on exploring new markets, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring Hammerforce’s proven IP continues to deliver transformational impact across industries.

Charlie first engaged with Hammerforce while at global consultancy Roland Berger, where he led a comprehensive strategic project assessing the company’s technology and growth potential. That work gave him a deep conviction in Hammerforce’s ability to redefine global markets, a conviction reinforced by the company’s commercial success in the years that followed.

Prior to joining Hammerforce, Charlie advised international clients on M&A and corporate strategy across industrial and technology sectors for Roland Berger, and later founded and led a mobile game development start-up, gaining first-hand experience in product creation, leadership and investor engagement.

Charlie holds an Integrated Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Oxford. His background in science and strategy gives him a distinctive ability to bridge technical innovation with commercial execution, a blend that supports Hammerforce’s mission as a global technological disrupter.
