Will Rouse is an accomplished business leader with a long and successful career spanning finance, international banking, and company leadership. He brings deep commercial and governance experience to the Hammerforce Board, underpinned by a proven record of leading businesses through growth, transformation, and international market expansion.
Will’s background includes over a decade at Citibank in senior management roles across corporate banking, sales, and trading. He went on to lead Simcro Holdings Limited and Simcro Limited – a globally recognised animal health technology company – as CEO and Executive Director, guiding the business through the commercialisation of its R&D and expansion into international markets.
He has also served as Chairman of the Board for SIL Holding Company Limited and as Chairman and Executive Director of ASX Listed Structural Monitoring Systems PLC. Alongside his executive and governance roles, Will has successfully acquired, grown, and sold several private businesses in partnership with private equity, adding entrepreneurial depth to his leadership.
